PROFILE
The law as a craft
Tax attorney, specialist in social enterprise law and recognized expert in data protection since 2018. I advise SME executives, non-profit organizations, public administrations and colleagues on matters where tax law, intellectual property, GDPR and AI intersect.
Six years as a bilingual member of the Litigation Chamber of the Data Protection Authority have given me experience in reasoned decision-making, European dialogue and balancing fundamental rights with economic imperatives. I practice law as a craftsman: verified sources, clear writing, legal design to make decisions readable, human support for clients.
